HEIRLOOM: modern | classic is an expression of and online portfolio for Whitney J. Marsden. A jewelry artist, graphic designer, and marketing professional, Whitney strives to create quality products with timeless style. Metalsmithing, illustration, and design backgrounds are equal participants in the creation of her handcrafted work, which are a delicate depiction of the natural world merged with simple feminine domesticity. Labor and intricacy of craft are critical in her design process as a sincere way to invest a piece of herself into HEIRLOOM's limited editions.

HEIRLOOM: { at home } is the collective for niece and uncle team, Whitney J. Marsden and Gordon Swenarton, a New Jersey artist specializing in wooden folk carvings. After a long career as a graphic artist in the advertising industry, Gordon, now retired, works from his home studio in central NJ creating delightful decoys, tramp art, and other folk-inspired sculptures in his unique style and with the utmost craftsmanship. Gordon’s work as been featured in Country Home magazine, on display in Tiffany’s NYC, sold in fine museum stores, and is celebrated in numerous notable collections.
